Summertime Iced Tea
There is no better way to cool off on a hot Summer day than by enjoying a refreshing glass of iced tea. This recipe adds frozen lemonade and fresh mint to the mix, making the drink taste even more special.
Yield: Makes about 10 servings

Ingredients
- 4 cups boiling water
- 2 family-sized tea bags
- 6 leaves fresh mint
- 1 6-oz. can frozen lemonade concentrate
- 1 cup sugar
- 5 cups cold water
- Garnish: ice cubes, fresh mint sprigs
Preparation
- Pour boiling water into a large heatproof pitcher. Add teabags and mint leaves; let stand for 5 minutes. Discard teabags and mint leaves. Add frozen lemonade, sugar and cold water, mixing well.
- Serve over ice; garnish with mint sprigs.
