This marinade is delicious. I made it with zucchini, yellow squash, eggplant, okra, and mushrooms. It didn't work so well for the okra, but very well with everything else, especially the mushrooms. I used a Pinot Grigio instead of the recommended Chardonnay, and it worked fine. I will definitely make this dish again.
