Great dinner for a hot summer day............left out the olives though............we don't care for them. Bet it'll be better the next day. Will definitely make this again.

I made this for a ladies salad supper and didn't take home any leftovers. In a pinch, you can use fresh or frozen grilled chicken which will add even more flavor to the salad.

This was excellent!!! Served to my boyfriends parents & grandparents. Everyone loved it. I left out the chicken as this was just a side dish. The dressing was fantastic!

This is a great summer dinner, and the leftovers keep well for lunch the next day. I loaded this up with extra veges - carrots, zucchini, and cherry tomatoes, and then served it over mixed greens. The chicken was a bit lost in the mix and next time I'd leave it out. If I were to add a protein, I might toss in some diced salami, but the veges are really enough. I loved the herbs de Provence in the dressing (added a bit more vinegar because I like it tangy). I'll certainly make this again. This would also be great party fare for a large group.

I'll defnitely make this again. I made it a few hours ahead of time, and by the time I served it, the dressing had absorbed into the pasta. So next time I'll either serve immediately, or add the dressing just before. And unlike some of the other reviewers, I thought the chicken added a lot to the dish. I served it alongside fruit salad and focaccia - a great summer supper!

Really enjoyed this and also added cherry tomatoes and toasted walnuts. I doubled the dressing, although I didn't need all of it. Great for a summer meal.

Best Salad Ever!!! Second time I made it, I changed up some of the ingredients. Instead of frozen, I used refrigerated multi-color cheese tortellini. 4 green onions instead of sweet onions; 1T toasted pine nuts; sprinkled asiago cheese on each serving instead of parsley. This is now my all time favorite salad recipe.

Used 2 cups of dried tortellini (not sure how that equates to 19 oz package), 1 1/2 c chicken and full recipe of all the other ingredients. Served as a main dish dinner salad for 2 on a hot summer day along with hot bread. Seemed a little light on the dressing. I added another recipe of dressing (non-fat mayo) minus the oil to keep calorie count down. I did use the Italian seasoning. We thought it was great!
