- 4 medium tomatoes, peeled and sliced
- 2 medium-size green peppers, sliced into thin rings
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 2 tablespoons vinegar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
How to Make It
Combine first 3 ingredients; toss gently, and set aside.
Combine remaining ingredients; stir well, and pour over vegetables. Toss gently; cover and chill 8 to 10 hours. Drain before serving.
