- 8 tomatoes medium vine-ripened chopped
- 1 cup(s) basil, fresh chopped
- 5 clove(s) garlic chopped or pressed
- 1 pound(s) mozzarella cheese cubed
- 1/2 cup(s) olive oil
- 1 tablespoon(s) kosher salt
- 1 1/2 pound(s) pasta, such as penne
- garlic saute in olive oil
- Toss all ingredients.
- Cover and refrigerate.
- Cool pasta first, to keep cheese from melting, then combine and serve.
