I have not yet made this but plan to use it for an event soon. A good friend who is a great cook had it recently and highly recommended it as very refreshing and different. I would suggest that anytime you are using pita to make chips you should change the order of the usual instructions to make life a lot easier and save a lot of time and frustration. After separating the pita into two large rounds, spread butter or oil, sprinkle on any seasoning, cut a stack of 2-4 rounds into triangles with a chefs knife or pizza cutter. Same outcome but much easier than spreading and topping individual triangles.
