1 teaspoon olive oil
3/4 pound fresh Sugar Snap peas, trimmed
1/4 cup coarsely chopped fresh basil
1/2 teaspoon grated lemon rind
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon ground white pepper
How to Make It
Heat oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium heat until hot. Add peas; cook, stirring constantly, 3 minutes or until crisp-tender. Sprinkle peas with chopped basil and next 3 ingredients; cook, stirring constantly, 1 minute. Serve immediately.
