    Yes, I agree with everyone. This bread is wonderful.For the rising times I use the dough cycle of the bread machine. Once I overbaked it and it became dry, so I used it in a bread pudding. We will never have such a superb pudding again.

    I love this bread but I would recommend using 2 tsp of cardamom if you are used to Swedish cardamom bread. I would also suggest baking just 20 minutes so it doesn't get too brown.
