Excellent cookies and oh, so easy. I thought, because the dough is very soft, that they would be hard to handle. Not so. These are the easiest sugar cookies I've ever made and have replaced my previous recipe. They can be dressed up with sprinkles or frosting or simply rolled in cinnamon & sugar. Thanks.

made these for a birthday party for a five year old girl. the children loved all the different colors and waited several minutes before opening them to eat. I used the recipe as it is.even alot of the parents like them, several moms asked for the recipe for easter cookies for their egg hunt refreshments.

Have made these 2 times for 2 of my daughter's birthdays. THey are easy to make with a lot of appeal. I wrapped them in little clear treat bags and put them on display on the table or in the party bag to take home. I also made some royal icing to decorate the cookies with Happy Birthday, hearts, flowers, etc. Very cute!

These cookies are great! Made them for a bake sale and used red and green sugar for decoration. Labeled them Christmas Sugar Cookie Pops and they sold like crazy! Everyone wanted to know who made them. Tasted great too. This one is a keeper
