  • 1 tablespoon(s) water
  • 1 pound(s) pecan halves
  • 1 cup(s) white sugar
  • 3/4 teaspoon(s) salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon(s) cinnamon

Preparation

Oven to 250 : mix egg white & water; in separate bowl mix sugar, salt & cinnamon Add pecans to egg white mix; toss into sugar mix; spread onto baking sheet; bake an hour, stirring every 15 min
