Ingredients
- 1 egg white
- 1 tablespoon(s) water
- 1 pound(s) pecan halves
- 1 cup(s) white sugar
- 3/4 teaspoon(s) salt
- 1/2 teaspoon(s) cinnamon
Preparation
- Oven to 250 : mix egg white & water; in separate bowl mix sugar, salt & cinnamon Add pecans to egg white mix; toss into sugar mix; spread onto baking sheet; bake an hour, stirring every 15 min
