Sugar Biscuits

Yield Makes 12 biscuits

Ingredients

  • 2 cups baking mix
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup butter or margarine
  • 1/2 cup milk

How to Make It

  1. Stir together first 3 ingredients in a large bowl; cut in butter with a pastry blender until crumbly. Add milk, stirring until dry ingredients are moistened. Drop mixture into 12 mounds on a lightly greased baking sheet.

  2. Bake at 425° for 15 to 20 minutes or until lightly browned. Cool.
