Ingredients
- 8 cup(s) stale breadcrumbs
- 1/2 teaspoon(s) salt
- 1 teaspoon(s) pepper
- 1 1/2 tablespoon(s) sage
- 2 cup(s) celery chopped
- 1 1/2 cup(s) onions finely chopped
- 1/2 cup(s) butter
- 2 cup(s) chicken broth
- 1/2 cup(s) vegetable oil
- 2 eggs
Preparation
- Combine 1st 4 ingredients in large bowl. Set aside. Combine next 3 ingredients in medium saucepan. Bring to boil over medium heat. Remove from heat and add to bread . Stir in broth, oil, eggs, mixing well. Pour into 3 quart greased pan. Bake @ 375 degrees for 45 minutes uncovered
