Ingredients

  • 2 pint(s) Mushrooms
  • 1/2 cup(s) Sour cream
  • 1 Medium onion
  • 1 Large pepper
  • 1 cup(s) Italian bread crumbs
  • 1/4 cup(s) parmesan cheese

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 350. Take out stems of mushrooms and chop finely with onion and pepper. Sauté in 3/4 stick butter. Let cool. Add sour cream, Parmesan cheese and bread crumbs until texture similar to a meatball. Cook 10-15 min with a little bit of water in the bottom of the pan. Serve warm.
