- 3-4 box(es) mushrooms washed & destemmed
- 16 ounce(s) cream cheese
- 1 pound(s) medium sausage softend, brown, & drained
- Mix cheese & sausage together. Using a melon baller, scoop mixture into mushrooms. Be careful pulling out of oven because there will be alot of juice in the bottom of the pan. You can bake ahead of time and then reheat in the microwave if nessasary. 375 degrees
