Wow. If you love the Olive Garden's stuffed mushrooms than this is the recipe for you. This is a dead ringer and so easy to make.

I used fat free cream cheese to lighten the recipe and made the rest as directed. Simple and tasty!

These are fantastic and super easy to make! If you have trouble scooping out the mushrooms, try using a grapefruit spoon.

I made these for a Wine and Cheese event we host every year - I had more compliments on this appetizer than anything else I have ever made. Will make for every event now! So easy!

I used Blue Cheese instead of Parm. It was delightful and they went fast.
