Very good. I decided to make these last minute, so subbed shallots for the green onions and Morning Star sausage crumbles. Will make again an would serve to company.

These were great - everyone loved them - I made the recipe exactly as stated - only change was my low fat sausage was 40% lower not 50% only because the store didn't have it - no one realized I made these cause I'm "watchin my points" -- they really were a hit - folks loved the parm getting crispy on top - make them even if you aren't "watchin' your points" someone is and everyone will enjoy these.

These are amazing. I made them last year for Thanksgiving and EVERYONE loved them. My dad who doesn't like mushrooms even loved them. This recipe is requested for every get together now. I've started using Parmesan and Sharp Cheddar... It really is great.

This is one of the BEST stuffed mushrooms recipes I've ever had. I've made it for a cooking party and for a holiday gathering, and it was a huge HIT both times. The red pepper flakes give it the perfect amount of heat. All the flavors go together so well. The greatest thing is everything can be made ahead of time, and is ready to go! One note, I always forget, and accidentally add the parmesan cheese to the whole mixture, it still seems perfect to me!
