Stuffed Italian Chicken

  • 2 chicken breasts Sliced in half horizontally
  • olive oil
  • 1/2 cup(s) balsamic vinegar
  • 3/4 cup(s) cream cheese
  • 1/2 slice(s) cheddar cheese
  • 1/3 mozzarella cheese
  • 1 teaspoon(s) oregano
  • 4 clove(s) garlic crushed
  • 1/2 small onion
  • 1 tablespoon(s) celery seed
  • 1/2 teaspoon(s) dill
  • 2 teaspoon(s) paprika
  • 1 tablespoon(s) black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon(s) salt
  • toothpicks


  1. combine cream cheese through paprika and 1 tablespoon of balsamic vinegar in a bowl. (if you heat the cream cheese it mixes easier.) spread the cream cheese onto the chicken and roll the chicken up. pin closed with the toothpicks.
  2. put olive oil in pan along with the rest of the balsamic vinegar. put chicken in pan.
  3. the cheese will ooze out...thats ok it mixes with the vinegar and makes a nice sauce.
  4. Enjoy!
