Stuffed Cherry Tomatoes

I made these appetizers at my New Year's Eve party, and they were a big hit...even for people who don't care for tomatoes (like me). They were very nice looking on a serving platter as well. The biggest issue I had was getting them all to stay standing up... I will definitely be making again.

Great for appetizers/showers/parties!!! You have to use cherry tomatoes (other types don't work) which are easy to find at Whole Foods or Fresh Market (some local grocers may have them). I use green onions and roasted red onions, and I use a little fat free sour cream instead of mayo. Everyone loves these and they look pretty on a tray!!
