Stuffed Celery

Yield about 1 1/2 dozen

Ingredients

  • 1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese, softened
  • 1 tablespoon plus 1 teaspoon whipping cream
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • Red pepper to taste
  • 1 bunch celery, washed, separated into stalks, and cut into 4-inch pieces
  • 1/3 cup finely chopped pecans

How to Make It

  1. Combine first 4 ingredients in a small bowl; beat well. Stuff celery with cream cheese mixture; roll in pecans. Chill.
