Had lots of cabbage to use up from the farm share. This made what I would consider a good weeknight family meal. I had a container of creole seasoning, so added some of that, which gave it a nice kick.

Ingredients
- 1 head(s) Cabbage
Preparation
- 1 Head Cabbage
- 1 Lb. Hamburger
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 1/2 cups rice, instant, uncooked
- 1 Quart tomatoes
- 1 Can condensed tomato soup
- Salt & Pepper
- Cut cabbage into bite size pieces. Put 1/2 in the bottom of the pan. Crumble raw hamburger over the cabbage. Add onion, rice and tomatoes. Cover with remaining cabbage. pour soup and water over the top. Salt and pepper to taste. Bake covered for 1 1/2 half hours at 400 degres.
