So glad to see a recipe that calls for banana peppers b/c in the Summer we have a ton! Delish!!

These were awesome! My husband loved them and said to definitely keep this recipe. We used the banana peppers,. jalapeno pepper and tomato from our garden so that made it an even better recipe. Our peppers were not that large so I made a larger quantity and just used one strip of bacon on each.
