Ingredients

  • 4 tablespoon(s) sour cream
  • 2 green onions sliced
  • 1 cup(s) cheddar cheese grated
  • 2 russet potatoes baked

Preparation

  1. Split baked potatoes and scoop out flesh. Stir remaining ingredients into potatoes. Stuff potato shells with cheese mixture. Reheat in oven or microwave.
