- super easy, quick, clean dinner. I'm not an avocado lover (I'm a texture person, and I just can't do it, BUT I wish I could b/c of all of the benefits!). This recipe is for my husband and the rest of the world. Bake two seasoned (with your favorite spices) chicken breasts on 350 for 20 mins. While baking, take two avocados, and cut in half, removing the pit. Cut up yellow onion and a tomato in small pieces, and put in a pan with a tbsp olive oil. Take the chicken out and tear it apart and add to the sauté pan. Add cayenne pepper, pepper, and garlic salt/powder and sauté. Then scoop the mixture into the avocado, and top with mozzarella. Bake for 8 mins on 350 and enjoy! "Share" to save for yourself:)
