So easy & delicious. Have made in past as written which is great, but this time I substituted chopped chicken apple sausage for pork, omitted thyme & added garam masala & a finely chopped habanero. Served w/ a side of brown rice

Delicious! I used a medium spicy sausage and it was just right. Highly recommend for Thanksgiving or just a get together as it does take a good hour to cook.

Wow - this was spectacular! I used spicy soy sausage for a vegetarian side dish and fresh thyme from the garden. Served with Portuguese Kale and Potato Chowder.

A tasty recipe that can be equally tasty a la vegetarian. Just substitute cornbread crumbs for sausage. Delicious.
