2 cups sliced strawberries
2 cups fat-free frozen whipped topping
4 (1-ounce) slices angel food cake


Place 2 cups sliced strawberries in container of an electric blender. Cover and process until smooth, stopping once to scrape down sides. Fold strawberry puree into 2 cups fat-free whipped topping.

Cut 4 (1-ounce) slices angel food cake; tear into pieces, and fold into strawberry mixture. Spoon into parfait glasses; cover and chill.
