Strawberry Whip

To partially thaw strawberries, place all three unopened packages in a large bowl, cover them with hot water, and let stand for 5 minutes.

Ingredients

  • 3 (10-ounce) packages frozen strawberries in light syrup, partially thawed
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
  • 1 cup frozen reduced-calorie whipped topping, thawed

Preparation

1. Place strawberries and lime juice in a food processor; process until smooth, stopping once to scrape down sides. Fold in whipped topping, and serve immediately.
