Ingredients

1/4 cup strawberry spreadable fruit (such as Polaner's)
2 cups sliced strawberries
4 (1-ounce) slices angel food cake
Grated lemon rind (optional)
Mint sprigs (optional)

Preparation

Place spreadable fruit in a microwave-safe dish.

Microwave at HIGH 30 seconds or until fruit spread melts. Combine strawberries and spreadable fruit. Spoon evenly over cake slices. Sprinkle with lemon rind, and garnish with mint, if desired.
