  • 2 cups sliced strawberries
  • 2 cups vanilla nonfat frozen yogurt
  • Additional strawberry slices (optional)


  1. Place 2 cups sliced strawberries in container of an electric blender. Cover and process until smooth. Spoon 1/2 cup frozen yogurt into each of 4 bowls. Spoon strawberry puree evenly over yogurt. Garnish with additional strawberry slices, if desired.
