Dissolve Jello in water, add berries, pineapple and bananas. Pour 1/2 mixture in 8x8x2 pan. Chill until firm. Spoon sour cream over Jello. Spread evenly. Cover with remaining Jello. Chill. Cut in squares, serve on lettuce. Garnish with dab of sour cream and whole strawberries.
