Super easy! I heated it in a sauce pan after it was made and used it on crepes fitzgerald instead of the typical flambe sauce! It was a hit!
This recipe goes with Key Lime Cheesecake with Strawberry Sauce
Yield: Makes 1 cup
- 1 1/4 cups fresh strawberries
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 1/2 teaspoons grated lime rind
- Process all ingredients in a food processor until smooth, stopping to scrape down sides.
