Used raspberries instead and simmered on the stove for 2 hrs instead of crockpot. Will Will definitely be making this again and trying with the strawberries!

Made this recipe but used white Zinfandel. The jam was good but I was disappointed with the brownish color once cooked. Next time, I will try on the stove for shorter time as mentioned in previous post.

I'm making my second batch of jam today. I followed the recipe exactly and was very pleased with how it turned out -- as were the friends I shared it with!
