Does this stay in the freezer or is the fridge good after it's chilled? It seems hard after being in the freezer. Tastes good just hard.

the filling for this pie is so pretty and tasty. i especially like the little chunks of strawberry within the mousse-like pie. a good way to use one's crop of strawberries.

Made this for dessert on Easter Sunday. Just delicious! Be sure to allow the frozen pie time to soften in the fridge before serving, but put leftovers back in the freezer.

I did not like the pretzel crust, but the filling was amazing. I will definitely make this again using a graham cracker or shortbread crust.

I made this pie about a week ago...very good with GREAT flavor! The only thing I would change is the crust...it was too thick, I will use a little less next time or make it in a 13X9 pan si the crust will be thinner.

Superb!! My husband requests this one. Made in 9.5 deep dish pie plate which worked very well. Allow to sit out ~20 mins before serving so is easier to cut/serve. Here's a twist: Substitute fresh peaches & use peach jello........YUM!!

Very labor intensive! Nice flavor but too hard frozen. Since it is an "icebox" pie I left it in the refrigerator overnight after cutting the night before frozen. Frozen it was extremely hard to cut through the pretzel crust. In the morning the filling had oozed out from under the whipped cream. Too runny to eat just refrigerated. Will definitely not make again.
