Strawberry-Orange Trifle

I made it for a derby party recently and people just loved it. I couldn't find any lemon curd so i just used pure lemon extract to give it a lemon taste. I will definitely make this one again!

I made this for luncheon party and it was excellent; so refreshing, light and delicious. I received so many compliments! It's definitely a keeper!

This was very good. I had never bought lemon curd before, but had no trouble finding it. The orange liqueur made it perfect.

This is so easy and delic! I used limoncello instead of orange liqueur and I used mandarin oranges. I am making this again but it isn't very pretty in a bowl so I will be pre-portioning this into martini glasses for better presentation.
