This Strawberry-Mint Milk Shake will hit the spot. It's quick and easy (only four ingredients), not to mention a delicious dessert. For a thinner shake, add up to 1/4 cup more milk.
Makes 4 servings
1 (16-oz.) container fresh strawberries, hulled
1 qt. vanilla ice cream
1/2 cup milk
2 tablespoons chopped fresh mint
1. Process all ingredients in a blender until desired consistency, stopping to scrape down sides. Serve immediately.
Note: For testing purposes only, we used Häagen-Dazs Vanilla ice cream.
