Strawberry, Mint, and Goat Cheese Salad
Serve over mixed greens or fresh baby spinach for a colorful side salad or starter. You can chill goat cheese in the freezer for five minutes to make crumbling it easier.

Ingredients
- 3 cups quartered strawberries (about 1 pound)

Preparation
