Add malted milk powder to turn this into a strawberry malt.
2 cups vanilla low-fat ice cream
1/4 cup fat-free milk
1 tablespoon sugar
1 (16-ounce) container strawberries, hulled
6 whole strawberries with green caps (optional)
How to Make It
Place first 4 ingredients in a blender, and process 1 minute or until smooth, scraping sides as necessary. Pour into 3 glasses. Garnish each serving with skewered strawberry halves, if desired. Serve immediately.
