How to Make It

Step 1

Remove 1 cup mango and 1/3 cup juice from jar. Reserve remaining mango for another use. Dice mango, and combine with reserved juice, strawberries, and mint in a medium bowl, stirring gently.

Step 2

Place a 1/4-cup scoop sorbet in each of 8 stemmed glasses or bowls, and top with 1/4 cup fruit mixture.
