  • 1 cup frozen unsweetened whole strawberries, partially thawed
  • 1/2 cup low-fat vanilla ice cream
  • 1/2 cup fat-free milk
  • 1 tablespoon malted milk powder


  1. Combine all ingredients in container of an electric blender. Cover and process until smooth, stopping once to scrape down sides. Serve immediately.
