Strawberry-Lime Green Tea Cooler
From the Kitchen of Bryan Wells, Charlotte, NC. "Add club soda if you wish."
Yield: Makes 8 cups
- 3 cups boiling water
- 2 regular-size green tea bags
- 1 cup cold water
- 1 (16-oz.) container fresh strawberries, hulled
- 1 (12-oz.) can frozen limeade concentrate, thawed
- 1/4 cup honey
- Pour boiling water over tea bags; cover and steep 5 minutes. Discard tea bags. Stir in cold water. Cool 30 minutes. Process strawberries, limeade concentrate, and honey in a blender until smooth. Pour into a pitcher. Stir in tea; serve on ice.
