I made this as the non-alcoholic alternative for a Spring baby shower. It was very good, and very refreshing.
Strawberry Agua Fresca
Prepare this early on the day of the party; chill until your guests arrive.

Ingredients
- 4 cups quartered fresh strawberries (about 2 pints)
- 6 cups cold water, divided
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh mint
- 4 teaspoons fresh lime juice
Preparation
- Combine strawberries, 2 cups water, sugar, and mint in a blender; process 2 minutes or until smooth. Strain mixture through a sieve into a pitcher; discard solids. Add remaining 4 cups water and juice; refrigerate. Serve over ice.
