  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 teaspoon grated lemon peel
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 4 cups strawberries, rinsed and drained


  1. 1. In a small bowl, mix sour cream with lemon peel, juice, and sugar.
  2. 2. Serve sour cream mixture alongside strawberries as dip, or spoon sauce over the fruit.
