loved it! it was so good! i increased the armetto to 3 tlbs and used brown sugar as someone else suggested. instead of sour cream i used fat free greek vanilla yogurt ( i used chobani) . loved it!! will be making this again. I got rave reviews from the easter dinner party. i also had it with vanilla ice cream... have to say its not bad but the yogurt is a better calorie option.
Strawberries with Crunchy Almond Topping
This easy but stylish dessert is best made early in the day to let the strawberries macerate in the sweetened almond liqueur.
Yield: 6 servings (serving size: 1/2 cup strawberries, 1 crushed cookie, and 1 tablespoon sour cream)
