1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract

How to Make It
Combine strawberries, 3 tablespoons sugar, orange rind, orange juice, and wine; toss. Let stand 20 minutes. Combine sour cream, whipping cream, 1 tablespoon sugar, and vanilla; beat until stiff peaks form. Top berries with cream mixture.
I wasn't a huge fan of the strawberries portion of this recipe but I liked the whipped and sour cream part of the recipe. I made just the topping by itself after trying the combo and I put the topping on just plain strawberries and some blueberries and it was delicious.
