  • 1 (8-ounce) carton plain nonfat yogurt
  • 1 (8-ounce) package nonfat cream cheese
  • 2 (10-ounce) packages frozen sweetened strawberries, thawed
  • 8 (6-ounce) paper cups
  • 8 wooden sticks


  1. Place yogurt and cream cheese in container of an electric blender. Cover and process until smooth, stopping once to scrape down sides. Add strawberries, and process until smooth.
  2. Spoon strawberry mixture evenly into paper cups. Cover tops of cups with aluminum foil, and insert a wooden stick through foil into center of each cup. Freeze until firm. To serve, remove aluminum foil; peel cup from pop.
