Ingredients

2 tablespoons orange juice
1 tablespoon white wine vinegar
2 teaspoons extra-virgin olive oil
3/4 teaspoon sugar
6 cups gourmet salad greens
1 cup quartered strawberries
1/4 cup (1 ounce) crumbled feta cheese

Preparation

Combine first 4 ingredients in a small bowl; stir with a whisk. Combine greens, strawberries, and cheese in a large bowl; add orange juice mixture, tossing to coat. Serve immediately.
