OK burger, nothing special, bit of a waste of a great Stilton.

I loved these burgers. I used some standard bleu cheese instead of stilton and the carmelized onions were a great addition.

Wow these were wonderful. I had to search for the Stilton Blue Cheese and finally found it at Trader Joes. The onions were a great addition. Used Orawheat Thin Buns to save on calories.

These burgers are absolutely delicious! The Stilton contrasts perfectly with the sweet onions. They are fancy enough to dress up a summer cookout. Along with these burgers, we had corn on the cob roasted in the husk on the grill. The perfect late summer meal.

These burgers are tasty and simple to prepare. My family and I thought we could do without the onions--they didn't seem to add much to the flavor. Served these alongside some potato wedges--a quick and tasty weeknight meal!

I couldn't find Stilton cheese so I had to use blue cheese. I also substituted turkey for ground beef. It was still delicious. I liked the caramelized onions.

Make the onions red and saute with a splash of balsamic vinegar. Add a fresh herb like tarragon to the burger mix.

Good, solid burger - the extra flavors from the onions & garlic within the burger, plus the caramelized on top were fantastic. I used regular blue cheese from the store and next time I think I would mix in the cheese to the burgers themselves just for preference. Otherwise, I would definitely make again for a quick & easy weeknight meal - enjoy!

It's a good burger, but not much more. Can't say I really noticed any flavor from the grated onion, especially when you consider that it's topped with a large number of onions. Truth be told, there is little to no flavor apparent from the garlic and worcestershire. Like I said, decent burger, but I probably won't go through the trouble of making it again.
