- 2 tablespoon(s) soy sauce
- 2 tablespoon(s) sweet chilli sauce
- 8 lamb chops
- Mix soy and sweet chilli sauces. Preheat a BBQ or grill to high and cook the chops for 2 minutes on each side. Reduce the heat to medium / low and continue cooking for 2 to 3 minutes while brushing with the tasty baste. Cover loosely with foil and allow to rest for 5 minutes before serving.
- Serve with creamy mashed potato, corn on the cob and peas or in this weather a nice garden salad.
