How to Make It

Step 1

Bring 1 1/2 cups water and 1/2 teaspoon salt to a boil in a medium saucepan. Stir in couscous and green onions. Cover and remove from heat; let stand 5 minutes.

Step 2

Stir in coconut milk and remaining 1/2 teaspoon salt; let stand 5 more minutes.
