- 8 cups sliced romaine lettuce (about 1 head)
- 8 cups torn escarole (about 1 head)
- 4 cups torn red leaf lettuce (about 1 large head)
- 4 cups torn curly endive (about 1/2 head)
- 4 cups torn radicchio (about 2 heads)
- 2 cups trimmed arugula (about 4 bunches)
How to Make It
Combine all ingredients in a large bowl, and toss well. Store mixed greens in perforated zip-top plastic vegetable bags.
